I've always liked Pizza Hut salads. For the simple fact that I had the freedom to wear what I wanted, and the dressing rooms were extraordinary. So I chose to do this at home. I recommend this salad especially for dinner; it is light and tasty, not to mention healthy.
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 pepper
- 4-5 salad leaves
- 1 link green onion
- 8-10 fresh mushrooms
- pieces of chicken
- croutons / toast
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Salad with all:
Cut all the vegetables and put them in a bowl. Mix with salt and oil to taste.
Mozarella (or whatever cheese / cheese you want), but also the meat is added at the end.
Separately, in a bowl, mix the cream with the crushed garlic, salt and mustard (you can also add a teaspoon of paprika) - this sauce works wonders for the salad.
After you put the sauce over the salad, you can add cheese and meat. Mix and serve with croutons or whole slices of toast. Good appetite!
