Onions, peppers are cleaned and finely chopped. Put them in a little olive oil, when the vegetables become translucent, add the julienned mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and paprika, add the wine and boil covered for approx. 20 minutes, at the right heat, I used the Doubleta pan. When the mushrooms have boiled, add the sour cream and let it boil.
The dish is served as such or with various garnishes, potatoes, rice or pasta. We tried pumpkin meatballs, the combination was super delicious.
