Cream: We prepare the cream for the first time because it has to cool. We put the milk with lemon peel on the fire to heat it. In a stainless steel bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, starch and then pour the hot milk, mixing well, place the bowl on a steam bath and mix continuously until it thickens. Remove the bowl from the heat and add the lemon juice. Cover the bowl with cling film and let the cream cool. When the cream is cold, we start the dough.

Dough: In a chestnut we put eggs, sugar, mix well, then add the oil like mayonnaise, add the salt threshold, baking powder and flour, little by little, mix well until you get a dough that is not hard, which is no longer cling to hands. I used a round ceramic tray, with a diameter of 28 cm. I divided the dough in two, a larger part which I spread on baking paper and placed it in the tart pan, I pricked with a fork from place to place. From the rest of the dough I cut some popcorn. I poured the cooled cream into the tart pan, leveled it and then placed the popcorn on top. I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 min. When it starts to brown on the edges it is ready. Take it out of the oven and let it cool, then portion it and serve it with whipped cream.
