We put the peppers and bake them. We leave them covered with a lid after baking them, then we peel them, remove the seeds and make slices. We wash and peel the tomatoes.   • 5 tomatoes

  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 teaspoon spice
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • thyme
  • 1 bunch parsley

Method of preparation:

Wash the meat, cut it into pieces that you fry in hot oil, then take them out on a napkin to drain the extra oil. Cut the slices bacon and fry it in the remaining oil, then take it out on the same plate and set it aside.

Prepare the rice garnish: clean the onion, cut it into small pieces, fry it a little in oil, add the finely chopped pepper and donuts and a cup of water and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add the washed rice and 3 cups of soup prepared from the spice, put the lid on the pan and put everything in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

While the rice is boiling, scald the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, fry them in oil, then add the tomato paste, sugar, season with salt, pepper, thyme and basil and cook the sauce for another 10 minutes.

After the sauce has boiled, add the fried meat and ribs, sprinkle with the greens and set aside. Bring to the table the chicken steak with sauce, ribs and rice garnish and with it I take out summer pickles.

It is recommended to serve this creamy rice immediately because it will harden if it stays in the pot for a long time. I decorated it with a little green parsley. You can put more because it is healthy and brings a note of freshness.

The peppers are washed, halved transversely and carefully cleaned of stalks and seeds. What do we do with the holes left in the back? We patch them with thin slices cut from the tops of the peppers. How to make meatball sauce

In a fairly large and deep bowl we will put the yogurt, finely ground garlic, olive oil, salt, finely chopped parsley and mint, mixing everything with a small kitchen towel until they are homogeneous and combine the flavors together.

  2. Meanwhile, the tomato juice, the baked pepper and the chosen spices are placed in the bowl of the food processor and mixed well, a thick and dense sauce is obtained, which is heated well.
  3. After the rice has boiled, absorbing all the liquid, pour the baked pepper sauce and the olive oil.
  4. Homogenize, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

We cut the pepper at the end with its tail, we take out the seeds and we put the cut part aside because we will put it under the peppers when we put them to boil. We wash the peppers so that no seeds remain inside, we drain them a little, then we start to fill them with the filling.

We fill them, we press the filling a little with the teaspoon and then with the tail we make a hole in the middle of the filling (they will boil better).

In the pot in which we are going to boil the peppers, we place the pieces of peppers left over from the cut and 3-4 celery leaves, over we place the stuffed peppers and among them, and on top of them we put the rest of the remaining tomatoes sliced, we put about 1 tablespoon grated with salt, 1/2 l broth, peppercorns, 1 teaspoon marjoram and enough water to cover the peppers.

Place a small plate on top of them, then cover with a lid and bring to a boil over low heat.
Serve with tomato sauce or sour cream according to everyone's preference.

Heat the oil and add a tablespoon of flour, mix for a few seconds and then add the broth. Let it boil then season with salt and sugar to get a sweet sauce. Sometimes I add about 250 ml of sour cream to this sauce and let it boil, then I serve the stuffed peppers together with the sauce.
