We prepare the ribs, that is, we cut them in half if they are too big, we boil them in a 4-6 liter pot with water and a little salt. While it is boiling, we take the formed foam.

We clean and chop the vegetables, neither too big nor too small, you know better. When the meat is almost cooked (deboned whether we want to or not), add the vegetables and let them boil until they start to soften.
