Heat the oil with two tablespoons of water.
The livers are washed well, wiped off with water and then put in hot oil.
Leave for 2-3 minutes until it changes color to whitish.
Put the rest of the water, put the sliced onion, the sliced garlic, cover with a lid and let it simmer.
After about 10 minutes, put two thick slices of lemon and cover again.
Leave until the livers are done, about another 15 minutes, and add the curry.
At the end we add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with freshly cut lemon.
