After I picked raspberry, I washed it lightly, with delicate movements; I did not let the water jet flow directly but I immersed it in a bowl of water. Then I left it in the water for about 30 minutes. I took it out in a strainer.
I sprinkled raspberries with sugar and waited for it to release its juice.
I then boiled over low heat, stirring from time to time, so as not to catch the jam from the pot. When I considered the syrup to reach the desired consistency (in my case, denser), I stopped the fire.
I preferred to sterilize for 15 minutes raspberry jam.
