Doughnuts

Mix warm milk with yeast and 2-3 tablespoons of flour. Leave it to rise. Beat the eggs with the sugar until it melts completely. (Honestly, I didn't have that patience :)) Mix the eggs with the leavened yeast, add the flour and knead until the dough becomes elastic and doesn't stick to your hands. Leave it to rise until the dough doubles in quantity.

Put the dough on the floured work table and spread a sheet with a rolling pin. Cut the donuts with the help of a glass, or you can make any shape you want. Fry them in hot oil on both sides. We take them out on a plate on which we put a paper kitchen towel to absorb the oil. We roll them in powdered sugar.
