Cheeseburger RECIPE PREPARATION:

We mix the minced meat with the spices, according to taste, then we let it rest for about 20 minutes, after which we divide it into 8 balls of 125 g each. They can be modeled by hand, with a special shape or with an improvised shape, my case. I formed the burgers, then greased them on both sides with a little oil and let them rest until the grill was ready. I put them on the hot grill, I pressed them a little. I didn't leave them aside much, I preferred to turn them over several times, not to burn them, but not to let them come out raw. They must be juicy, that's why the meat must have 20% fat, so that they don't come out dry. When they were almost ready, I put a slice of melted cheese with cheese on top of each burger and left it for about 2-3 minutes. Then I assembled them. I cut the buns in half, greased them with mustard and placed a sheet of salad, cheesburger, slices of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, mayonnaise sauce and kechup. Cheeseburger packs with pie sheets

The packages are called cheeseburger because the composition of the filling is like a cheeseburger: minced meat, onion, cheese, pickled cucumber and spices. It is eaten together with a sauce based on mayonnaise with tomato paste and spices. You also have a video recipe HERE. They are very tasty, you can prepare them spicier or milder, adjusting the type and amount of spices. If you want them faster, add hot paprika to the composition and sauce.
Pie sheets should not be frozen, it is essential to be fresh. When you buy them, study through the transparency of the package not to be dry at the ends and crushed, in which case you will not be able to run them. It will work quickly from the moment you cut the sheets into 4, because they also tend to dry quickly. If you do not have the skill to roll them like sarmalute quickly, then cover with plastic wrap or a clean cotton towel, the sheets that are waiting.
Add very little or no salt to the composition, taste after adding the cheese and pickles which are salty ingredients.

Ingredients

For packages (rolls)

  • 1 packet of fresh pie sheets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 600 g minced beef
  • 160 g yellow onion
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 pickles of about 8 cm
  • 200 g diced cheese
  • OPTIONAL 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 egg whites for sealing the packages

For the sauce

  • 2 egg yolks
  • approx. 70 ml oil for mayonnaise
  • salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon top with tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional and hot)


PREPARATION Cheeseburger packs with pie sheets
1. I melted the butter in a pan over medium heat. I added the minced meat and increased the heat. I mixed regularly so as not to form conglomerates. I also added freshly ground pepper. If you want it to be more spicy, add the hot paprika and add more pepper.
2. I chopped onion cubes and added it over the meat when the juice from the meat evaporated (about 10 minutes). I stirred until the onion was cooked for about 5 minutes.
3. I turned off the heat and mixed with the cucumbers and cheese cut into small cubes.

4. I separated and beat two egg whites.
5. I rolled out the roll of pie sheets on the dry worktop and cut them into 4 sectors. Put a large spoon with the filling tip in one corner, and grease the rest with the egg white brush.

6. I separated pairs of two sheets, one sheet is too thin and will break. Bring the corner over the filling, squeezing, then the side corners of the rhombus and wrap like sarmaluta.

7. I prepared an oil bath in a small saucepan (minimum 1/2 liter, depending on how big the saucepan / pan is) and I put it on low heat to heat. Only after I packed them all I fried them, because they fry very quickly on low heat, about 1.5 minutes on one side and less than a minute on the other side (on low heat). It is very easy to handle if you have grilled tongs. I drained them on a double paper towel. If you leave the rolls waiting for them from noon to evening, to fry them warm, they will be covered with food foil. If you leave them on the next day, I think they will soften too badly from the composition, the sheets will get wet and I do not recommend. It is better to fry them on the day of preparation and heat them in the oven.

8. With the two yolks and the rest of the ingredients mentioned in the sauce, mix a mayonnaise that you mix with the tomato paste. Soak the end of the roll in the sauce and you will eat them with pleasure.

How to fold a crunch foil

  • Place a 10-inch tortilla and place the hamburger on top, with all the other ingredients on top.
  • Bend one side of the tortilla and then continue to fold the other parts over each other.

For the meat, I chose to use minced beef. Sometimes, if the pulp is too lean, I add a little beef for extra fat. Ideally, we should have 80-85% lean dog and 15-20% fat. A fat-free beef will dry out a lot during cooking, and burgers won't be as tasty. Of course you can mix beef with mutton, for example, if you like. I prefer to put only beef.

Equally important is the way we cook each beef burger. Ideally, we should use the charcoal grill for a perfect taste. In its absence we can also use a grill pan that is very, very well heated. After putting the burgers in the pan, do not stir them for at least 2 minutes. In this way a crispy crust will form on the surface that will keep the juices of the meat inside. The burgers will be juicy and tasty. Do not overcook the burgers, treat them like steak. It should be lightly cooked in blood or medium-rare. If you cook them too much, they will dry out and we don't want that.

In addition to meat, you can put anything you want in this beef burger. I went for the classic version and put green salad, tomatoes, pickles and onions. As sauces I used ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. You can also add garlic sauce or spicy sauce if you prefer. Over each meatball you can put a slice of cheddar cheese or any cheese that melts nicely. This way you will get cheeseburger. In addition, you can add anything else you want, bacon, avocado, moldy cheese, onion jam. This Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap is so light, stuffed with classic burger ingredients and wrapped in a crunchy tortilla. Use any burger meat here!

Așezați burgerul în centrul ambalajului urmat de brânză, murături, ceapă, ketchup, muștar și salată verde.

Îndoiți părțile laterale pentru a-l înfășura și așezați-l pe coșul de friteuză, pliat cu fața în jos.

Preîncălziți friteuza de aer timp de 5 minute la 400 de grade F, apoi adăugați folia în interiorul părții pliate în jos, stropiți partea superioară cu ulei și prăjiți aerul timp de 4 până la 5 minute, răsturnați cu atenție la jumătate.

Cum să pliați o folie de crunch

Restu-s adaosuri necesare dar înlocuibile în funcție de plăcerile fiecăruia. Să vă arăt dară varianta mea:

Un kilogram e carne tocată (80%vită, 20% porc), sare, pătrunjel mărunțit, cimbru proaspăt, două cepe măricele și un cățel de usturoi mare cât un pui de urs.

Piper după gustul omului. O linguriță, după al meu.

Un linguroi (4 linguri, adică 80 de grame) de pesmet, să lege compoziția.

200 de mililitri de bulion.

Ceapa și usturoiul tocate nu foarte mărunt. Frământată bine compoziția, măcar 8 minute.

Poți obține 10-12 chiftele, în funcție de cât le vrei de mari. Dacă ai mai mult de 12, sunt pre mici, dacă ai mai puțin de 10, sunt prea mari. Dacă le lași la rece un ceas de vreme, le place, se leagă bine.

Le frigi pe grătarul încins, trei minute pe fiecare parte. Poate patru. Le lași apoi două minute să se hodinească.

Tai pita. Poți să o prăjești.

Pune felii de brânză peste chiftele cât sunt calde, să se topească ușor.

De aici încolo e jucărie. Pui salată de varză, ardei copți, ceapă marinată, castraveți murați, sos de muștar, orice-ți poftește limba.

Cheeseburger cake – Ce fast food? Nu-ți mai trebuie Mec când ai așa ceva!

Am gasit aceasta reteta de cheeseburger cake pe internet. Am incercat-o si am ramas surprinsa de cat este de buna! Reteta originala era cu carne de vita, dar eu am folosit carne de porc, am adaugat un pic de mustar si ceapa calita. A iesit ceva demential. Try it too!

Ingredient:

  • 500 gr faina de grau, 1 ou, 250 gr ciuperci, 2 lingurite mustar
  • 1 lingurita zahar, 2 lingurite sare, 300 gr cascaval ras, 3 linguri ceapa calita
  • 4 linguri ulei, 250 ml apa calda
  • 20 gr drojdie proaspata, 500 gr carne tocata de porc (sau de vita)
  • 2 cepe, 3 catei de usturoi, 250 ml sos mexican, 5 castraveti murati
  • 1 ou si o lingura de lapte pentru uns
  • Seminte de susan sau chimen negru
  • Sare si piper

Method of preparation:

Pentru inceput vom pune drojdia intr-un bol, adaugam o lingurita de zahar si putina apa. Amestecam bine pana se dizolva, apoi o acoperim cu o carpa si o lasam deoparte circa 15 minute, pana cand se umfla.

Intr-un bol mare, amestecam jumatate de kilogram de faina cu un ou, sare si ulei. Adaugam restul de apa si drojdia umflata si framantam pana obtinem un aluat neted. Acoperim aluatul cu o carpa si il punem intr-un loc cald aproximativ 40 de minute, timp in care va creste.

Dupa ce a crescut aluatul, il transferam pe blatul de lucru presarat cu faina si il framantam din nou, apoi in impartim in doua parti (una mai mare si una mai mica). Intindem bucata mare de aluat intr-un cerc mare, astfel incat sa acopere marginile tavii de tort pe care o vom folosi.

Punem aluatul in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, si-l asezam astfel incat sa iasa dincolo de marginile tavii. Punem o tigaie cu ulei pe foc, adaugam ceapa, usturoiul, sarea si piperul. Cand se prajesc se toarna intr-un bol si se lasa putin la racit.

Se adauga apoi in tava cu aluat, se presara putina branza rasa deasupra si se adauga sosoul mexican (sau sos de rosii). Se pun apoi si castravetii murati. Taiem ciupercile marunt si le prajim in ulei, dupa care le punem in tava cu aluat. Presaram ceapa prajita si ungem totul cu mustar. La final, adaugam cascavalul ras.

Intindem si cea de-a doua bucata de aluat intr-un cerc si o punem peste cascavlul ras. Lipim foarte bine marginile intre ele. Spargem un ou si-l amestecam cu o lingura de lapte. Cu acest amestec vom unge aluatul si vom presara deasupra seminte de susan sau chimen.

Se baga tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade pentru 20 de minute. Cand este gata se scoate din cuptor, se taie felii si se serveste. Good appetite!
